In the scope of implementation of personal data protection in my organization, a decision was made not to assign a personal data protection inspector due to the fact that it is not obligatory in my situation. Depending on the objective I can process the following information on you:

  • Name and surname,
  • Address of residence,
  • Registered seat of business,
  • NIP number,
  • Email address,
  • Telephone number,
  • Data from email correspondence,
  • Bank account number,
  • Approximate location,
  • Subjects of specific interests,
  • Content of commentaries / opinions uploaded on a website.

The scope of the processed data was precisely specified for individual processing objective. Any information in this respect has been specified further in this policy.

What is more, I use the tools which collect information on you related to the use of my website. This is, in particular,the following information:

  • Information on operating system and Internet browser,
  • Visited sites,
  • Time spent on the site,
  • Transitions between individual websites,
  • Clicks on individual links,
  • Source directing you to the site,
  • Age range you are in,
  • Your sex,
  • Your approximate location, town limited.
  • Your interests specified based on your network activity.

This information is has been specified further in this privacy policy as „Anonymous information”.
Anonymous Information as such, in my opinion, does not have any nature of personal data as it does not allow me to identify you and I do not set such information against typical personal data collected about you. Nevertheless, considering strict judicature of the Tribunal of Justice of the European Union and various opinions among lawyers, I exercise caution just in case Anonymous Information is assigned the nature of personal data; this privacy policy also contains detailed explanation in the scope of such information processing.

As Anonymous Information is collected by external tools I use (the tools have been explained in detail further in the privacy policy), Anonymous Information is also processed by tool suppliers based on the principles resulting from their regulations and privacy policies.

Anonymous Information is also used by suppliers of individual tools for providing and improving their services, their management, development of new services, evaluation of advertising efficiency, protection against scam and abuse, as well as personalization of content and adverts displayed on individual services, websites and applications.

In most cases you provide it yourself. This happens when:

  • You add a comment / opinion,
  • You contact via email,
  • You follow the profiles on social media or interact with the content published on social media,

Moreover, part of the information on you can be collected automatically by the tools I use:

  • External tools using Cookie files (the tools have been specified in detail further in the privacy policy) collect Anonymous Information related to your actions undertaken on the website.

There is more than a single purpose. You can find the list of them below, followed by more detailed description. Individual purposes have also appropriate legal grounds for data processing assigned:

  • Performance of tax and accounting obligations – art. 6 par. 1 letter. c RODO win connection with applicable provisions of the taxation law.
  • Creating archives for the purposes of possible defense, setting or recovery of claims – art. 6 par. 1 letter f RODO,
  • Creation of recipient groups on Facebook – art. 6 par. 1 letter f RODO,
  • Social media management – art. 6 par. 1 letter f RODO,
  • Analysis and statistics using solely Anonymous Information – art. 6 par.1 letter f RODO,

Comments / opinions – details

Upon adding your comment, you have to provide at least your user name, assigned to your comment (the name can include personal data, such as e.g name or surname) and your email address. Providing such data is not obligatory, but necessary to add your comment.

The comment added by you with your data made public in the scope of Disqus settings will be visible on the site. The comment can be modified or canceled at any moment.

The legal basis for your personal data processing in case of system of comments is legally grounded interest,specified in art. 6 par. 1 letter f RODO, and which in this case means management of the system of comments.

Management of correspondence -details

While contacting via email naturally you provide your personal data included in the correspondence content, in particular, your email, name and surname. Providing such data is not obligatory, but necessary to make contact.

In this case your data is processed for the purpose of contacting you and the legal basis for its processing is art. 6 par.1 letter f RODO, i.e. legally grounded interest. The legal basis for processing after the contact has been completed is also the legally grounded interest in the form of correspondence archiving for the purposes of allowing for demonstration of specific facts in the future (art. 6 par. 1 letter f RODO).

The content of correspondence may be subject to archiving and I am not able to specify when it may be deleted. You have the right to demand presentation of the history of correspondence you have run with me (if it was archived) as well as to demand its deletion, unless its archiving is justified due to master interests, e.g. defense against possible claims on your part.

Tax and accounting obligations – details

If I issue an invoice to your benefit it becomes part of the accounting documentation which will be stored for the period required by legal regulations. Your personal data is processed in such situation for the purpose of tax and accounting obligations charged upon me (art. 6 par. 1 letter c RODO in relation to appropriate regulations governing the aspects of tax and accounting obligations).

Archive – details

In descriptions of individual purposes for personal data processing periods for personal data storage have been indicated. These periods are often linked to archiving of the specific data for the purposes of providing possibility to present given facts in the future, recreate the course of cooperation with a customer, correspondence, defense, lodging or assertion of claims. In this respect I relay on legally grounded interest, specified in art. 6 par. 1 letter f RODO.

Groups of recipients – details

Your email address you have provided in a contact form can be sent to Facebook service for the purpose of creation of a group of recipients of advertisements with the use of this email address.

Upon application of this function your email address is hashed prior to being sent to Facebook for the purpose of creation of a group of recipients.

Your email address will be used in the adjustment process performed by Facebook service.

Facebook does not make your email address available to third persons nor to any advertisement providers and it deletes the address after adjustment process has been completed.

Facebook implemented processes and procedures which guarantee confidentiality and safety of email addresses it receives and a set of IDs of Facebook users which create a group of recipients, among others, by application of technical and physical protections.

Creation of a group of recipients of advertising content on Facebook with the use of your email address is a legally grounded interest, specified in art. 6 par. 1 letter f RODO. At any time you can raise objection against using your email address for this purpose; to do this you just need to write to me on this matter at: kordecki@kordecki.com.pl

Social media – details

If you follow my profiles on social media or if you interact with the content published by me on social media, I can naturally see your data which is publicly available on your social media profile. I process such data solely within given social media service and only for the purpose of its management which constitutes a legally grounded interest, specified in art. 6 par. 1 letter f RODO.

Your usage of social media is governed by regulations and privacy policies of administrators of such services and the administrators provide services to your benefit in a fully independent and autonomous manner via electronic media.

I encourage you to use social media with awareness and take care about your privacy within them,in particular, by considerate selection of published content and privacy and management of your privacy settings.

Analysis and statistics – details

I conduct analytical and statistical operations with application of tools described in detail further in the privacy policy. Within analytical tools I have an access solely to Anonymous Information.

As it has already been mentioned, Anonymous Information, as such, in my opinion does not have any nature of personal data as it does not allow me for your identification nor do I set it against typical personal data collected about you. Nevertheless, considering strict judicature of the Tribunal of Justice of the European Union and various opinions among lawyers, I exercise caution just in case Anonymous Information is assigned the nature of personal data; this privacy policy also contains detailed explanation in the scope of such information processing.

Anonymous Information processing is based by me upon legally grounded interest,specified in art. 6 par. 1 letter f RODO. Grounded interest means creation, reviewing and analyzing statistics connected with users’ activity on a website for the purpose of drawing conclusions for future website optimization.

I am not able to provide you with an access to Anonymous Information on you, as none of the Anonymous Information can be assigned assigned to any specific user. From the level of external tools we have access solely to sets of statistics and information not assigned to any specific persons.

Own marketing -details

Additional tools -details

On our website we embed video recordings from YouTube and social media plug-ins. All such tools process Anonymous Information.

# 7: How long will I store your personal data?

The periods for which data is stored have been specified separately in relation to each purpose of processing. You can find such information in details on each separate purpose of processing. The majority of data is deleted after expiry of the period of limitation.

# 8: Who are the recipients of your personal data?

I would risk the statement that modern business cannot get along without the services provided by third parties. I also use such services. Part of these services is connected with your personal data processing. Outsourcers which participate in your personal data processing are as follows:

  • Host outsourcer which stores data on a server,
  • Supplier of CRM system where your data is stored for improvement of customer service process and for purposes of archiving,
  • Supplier of the invoicing system where your data is stored for issuing invoices,
  • Accounting office which processes your data present on invoices,
  • An entity providing services in the scope of technical service and which gets an access to the data if the conducted technical works are connected with the areas such personal data is located,
  • Other sub-contractors which get an access to data if such access is required by the scope of their operations.

All the aforementioned entities process your personal data based on the concluded agreements on personal data entrusting and guarantee adequate level of personal data protection.

In case such need arises, your data can be made available to a counselor or a lawyer bound by the obligation of professional secrecy. The need may arise from the necessity of using legal advice which requires an access to your personal data.

Your personal data can also be made available to tax offices in the scope necessary for performance of tax – settlement – accounting obligations. In particular, this refers to any declarations, reports, statements and other accounting documents where your personal data is present.

Moreover, if such need arises, your personal data can be made available to entities, bodies or institutions authorized to gaining access pursuant to legal regulations, such as police, security, courts, prosecutor office.

Your data is made available to postal courier services in the scope necessary for order delivery. Such companies become independent administrators of your personal data.

What is more, in case of Anonymous Information, access to it is gained by suppliers of tools and plug-ins which collect such Anonymous Information. Suppliers of such tolls are individual administrator of data collected in the tools and can make such data available pursuant to regulations and privacy policies specified by them, which remains out of my control.

# 9: Do I forward your data to third countries or international organizations?

Yes, part of operations of your personal data processing can be connected with its transfer to third countries.

I forward your personal data to third countries in connection with application of external tools which can collect Anonymous Information. I have mentioned it on several occasions in the scope of this policy, including also in the answer to previous question. Suppliers of these tools often use them for storage of the collected information; servers are located globally, in particular in the United States.

# 10: Do I use profiling? Do I make automated decisions based on your personal data?

I do not make any decisions regarding you and based solely on automated processing, including profiling, which would result in legal effects or made any significant impact on you.

Obviously, I use tool which may undertake specific actions depending on information collected within tracking mechanism, but I believe they have not any significant impact on you as they do not diversify your standing as a customer, they do not influence conditions of any agreement you might conclude etc.

By application of certain tools I can, for example, direct personalized adverts to you, based on prior activity you have undertaken within the site or suggest products which might interest you. It is behavioral advertising we are speaking about here. I recommend you to gain deeper knowledge of behavioral advertising, in particular, in the scope of privacy issues. I stress that within tool I use I have access solely to Anonymous Information. This information is stored on servers of suppliers of individual tools and the servers most often are located globally.

# 11: What rights do you have in connection with your personal data processing?

RODO grants you the following potential rights connected with your personal data processing:

  • Right to access your data and receive its copy,
  • Right to change (correct) your data,
  • Right to delete your data (if, in your opinion, there are no grounds for its processing, you can demand its deletion),
  • Right to limit your data processing (you can demand your personal data processing to be limited solely to its storage or performance actions agreed with you if, in your opinion, I have incorrect data or process the data in unjustified manner),
  • Right to raise objection against data processing ( you have the right to object against data processing on the basis of legally grounded interest; you should indicate specific situation which, in your opinion justifies discontinuance of processing of data subject to such objection; I will cease your data processing for such purposes, unless I demonstrate that the basis for data processing are superior against your rights, or that your data is necessary for me to define, lodge or defend any claims),
  • Right to data transfer (you have the right to receive your personal data you have provided on the basis of an agreement or your consent, in structured, commonly used format feasible for machine reading; you can order transfer of such data directly to other entity),
  • Right to withdraw your consent for personal data processing, if such consent has been previously given,
  • Right to file a complaint to supervisory body (if you believe I process the data not in compliance with legal regulations; you can file a complaint on this matter to the President of Personal Data Protection Office or another competent supervisory body).

The rules for execution of the aforementioned rights have been specified in detail in art. 16 – 21 RODO. I recommend making yourself familiar with these provisions. On my part, I think it is necessary to explain to you that the above rights are not absolute and they will not be granted to you in relation to all actions of your personal data processing.

I stress that one of the above rights is granted to you on unlimited basis – if you deem your personal data as having been processed with violation of regulations on personal data processing you have the right to file a complaint to supervisory body (the President of Personal Data Protection Office).

You can also always demand access to information on what data about you is in my possession and how I process it. It is enough you send an email to kordecki@kordecki.com.pl. However, I made every effort to present the information you might be interested in thorough manner in this privacy policy. The above email address may also be used by you in case of any questions related to your personal data processing.

# 12: Do I use Cookies and what are they?

My website, similar to almost all other websites, uses Cookie files.

Cookies are tiny text information,stored on your end device (e.g. computer, tablet, smartphone) which can be read by my computer system (own Cookies) or computer systems of third parties (third parties’ Cookies). In Cookie files specific information can be written and stored and subsequently accessed by computer systems for specific purposes.

Some used Cookies are deleted after the Internet browser session expires ,i.e. after its closure (so called session Cookies). Other Cookies are stored on your end device and allow for recognition of your browser upon next website access (permanent Cookies).

Yes, you can manage settings of Cookie files in the scope of your Internet browser. You can lock all or any Cookie files. You can also lock Cookie files of specific websites. At any time you can also delete previously stored Cookie files and other data of websites and plug-ins.

Internet browser also offer an option of incognito mode. You can use this mode if you do not want information about websites you visited and files you downloaded to be recorded in your browsing and downloading history. Cookie files created in incognito mode are deleted upon closing of all windows in this mode.

There are also browser plug-ins available allowing for Cookie files management, such as . Ghostery. Control option over Cookie files can also be provided by additional software, in particular, anti-virus packages etc.

Moreover, the Internet offers tools allowing for control of some types of Cookie files, in particular, for group management of behavioral advertising settings.

I also provide you with an option of control over Cookie files directly from the level of my website. I have implemented special mechanism for managing Cookie files which allows you lock unwanted Cookie files.

Remember that deactivation or limitation of Cookie files can make part of functions of the website unavailable and it can cause difficulties while visiting the site as well as many other websites which apply Cookies. Within the website there are the following Cookie files of third parties:

Google Analytics – details

I use Google Analytics tool provided by Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. In this scope I perform operations based on a legally grounded interest, i.e. Creation of statistics and their analysis for the purpose of website optimization.

In order to use Google Analytics, special Google Analytics tracking code has been implemented in the website code. Tracking code uses Cookie files of Google LLC referring to Google Analytics service. At any time you can lock Google Analytics tracking code by installing browser add provided by Google.

Google Analytics automatically collects information about your website usage. Information collected this way is most often transferred to Google servers which can be located globally and it is stored there.

Due to active anonymous IP address your IP address is shortened prior to its further transfer. Only in exceptional cases full IP address is transferred to Google servers and shortened only there. Anonymous IP address transferred by your browser in the scope of Google Analytics in principle is not linked with other Google data.

I stress that that within Google Analytics I have access solely to Anonymous Information.

Google Analytics and Google Analytics 360 services received certificate of independent safety standard ISO 27001. ISO 27001 is one of the most renown standards in the world and it confirms meeting appropriate requirements by systems which manage Google Analytics and Google Analytics 360.

Hotjar – details

I use Hotjar tool for better understanding of your needs and in order to optimize my website with respect to your experience of browsing my website which constitutes a legally grounded interest. The tool is provided by external entity, i.e. Hotjar Limited, Level 2, St Julian’s Business Centre, 3, Elia Zammit Street, St Julian’s STJ 1000, Malta.

Hotjar registers any person who visits the website and allows for reproduction of a video recording of each movement on the website as well as for generation of so called “heat maps”. In the scope of Hotjar tool I do not have any access to information which might identify you, as Hotjar does not register the process of form filling. Information available tome within Hotjar is,in particular:

  • Information on operating system and the Internet browser you use,
  • Sites you visit within the service,
  • Time spent in the service and on its sites,
  • Transitions between individual sites in the service,
  • Source directing you to the service,
  • Locations where you mouse click.

In order to use Hotjar, special Hotjar tracking code has been implemented in the website code. Tracking code uses Cookie files of Hotjar Limited company. Information collected within Cookie files is stored by Hotjar in the scope of pseudo-anonymous user profile. Neither Hotjar nor me use such information for your identification.

I use re-marketing functions available within Google AdWords system, managed by Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. My activity in this respect is performed based on a legally grounded interest i.e. marketing of own products or services.

When you visit my website a re-marketing Cookie file of Google is automatically left on your device. It collects information about your activity on the website. Due to such collected information I can display advertisements within Google network depending on your activity on the website. For example, if you display a product, information about such fact is recorded by re-marketing Cookie file which enables me to direct an advertisement of such product or any other advertisement I deem as appropriate to you. This advertisement will be displayed to you within Google network when you use the Internet, browse Internet websites etc.

I stress that while using Google Ads, I use solely Anonymous Information.

While using Google AdWords, I can only identify groups of recipients I wanted to be the target of our adverts. Based on this, Google makes decision when and how to present an advert to you.

Further information processing takes place only after you have given your consent to Google for linking browsing history with your account and to use information from your Google account for personalization of adverts which are displayed on websites. In such situation Google uses your data for creation and defining lists of target groups for re-marketing purposes on various devices. For this purpose Google temporarily links the collected information with other data it possesses in order to crate target groups.

Facebook Custom Audiences – details

In the scope of advertising system Facebook Ads provided by Facebook Inc., 1601 S. California Ave., Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA, I use the function of Non-standard Recipient Group for directing targeted advertising content to specific user groups. My activity in this respect is performed based on a legally grounded interest i.e. marketing of own products or services.

For the purpose of directing to you adverts personalized with respect to your activity on the site, Facebook Pixel was implemented on the website; it automatically collects information about your activity on the site. Information collected this way is most often transferred to Facebook servers which can be located globally, in particular in the United States.

Information collected within Facebook Pixel is anonymous i.e. it does not allow for your identification. Depending on your activity on the site you may get into specific group of recipients however no individual person belonging to such group can be identified.

Facebook Pixel can trace and record, among others, your following activities:

  • Displaying the content of a specific site,
  • Transition to check-out within the store,
  • Completing purchase within the store,
  • Filling a specific form, e.g. newsletter subscription.

However, I notify you that Facebook can link the collected information with other information about you collected in the scope of your usage of Facebook service and it can use it for its own purposes, including marketing ones. Such Facebook operation are independent of me and information on them can be found directly Facebook privacy policy. You can also manage your privacy setting from the level of your Facebook account. Facebook Connect and other social plug-ins – details

My website uses plug-ins, push-buttons and other social media tool hereinafter referred to as “plug-ins”, made available by social media services such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIN, Twitter.

When you display a website having a plug-in of a given social media service, your browser sends information on such visit to an administrator of the social media service. As the plug-in is a part of social media service, the browser sends information about request for uploading th content of a given social media service to the website.

Plug-ins collect certain information on you, such as user ID, visited website, date and time and other information of the Internet browser.

Administrators of social media services use part of this information in order to personalize the conditions for my website displaying. For example, when you visit the site with a push-button ‘I like it”, the administrator of social media service needs information on who you are in order to show you who of your friends have also liked my website.

Information collected by plug-ins can also be used by administrators of social media services for their own purposes, such as improvement of their products, creation of user profiles, targeting adverts. I have no real influence on how information collected by plug-ins is subsequently used by administrators of social media services. Related details can be found in regulations and privacy policies of individual social media services.

Plug-ins of social media services collect and transfer information to administrators of these services even when you are browsing my website without being logged to your account in the social media. Then the browser sends much more limited set of information.

If you logged to a social media service, then the service administrator can directly associate your visit on my website to your profile in a given social media service.

If you do not want social media services to assign the data collected during your visit on my website directly to your profile in a given service, then prior to such visit you should log out from the service. You can also totally disable uploading plug-ins on the site by using special extensions for your browser i.e. locking scripts.

Moreover, using some plug-ins can be connected with publication of specific information in the scope of your social media profiles. For example, information about clicks on “I like it” button can be available on your time axis on Facebook. Of course, if you publish any content in your social media using plug-ins embedded on my website such publication will naturally be visible on your profile.

In the scope of details connected with processing information collected by plug-ins by administrator of services, in particular, in the cope of purpose and scope of data collection and its further processing and use by administrators, as well as in the scope of contact possibility and your rights in this respect and an option of making setting for protection of your privacy, all of these can be found in privacy policies of respective service providers.

YouTube – details

My websites have YouTube widgets embedded which allow you to play recordings available on YouTube directly from my websites. YouTube service is managed by Google LLC.

Video recordings are embedded on the site in privacy protection mode. Based on information made available by YouTube, it means that no Cookie files are written on your device and that Google does not collect any information about you, until you play the recording.

While you are playing the recording, YouTube records Cookie files on your device and it receives information that you have played the recording from the level of a specific website, even if you do not have a Google account or if you are not logged in. If you logged into your Google account, the service provider would be able to assign your visit on my website directly to your account. The purpose and scope of data collection and its further processing and using by Google, as well as possibility of contact and your rights in this respect and an option of making setting for protection of your privacy can be found in privacy policy of Google.

If you do not want Google to assign data collected during video playing directly to your profile, prior to video playing you must log out from your account. You can also totally disable uploading plug-ins on the site by using special extensions for your browser i.e. locking scripts.

Information collected in the scope of Cookie files connected with embedded recordings from YouTube service on my websites are used by Google to provide correct and safe functioning of widget, analysis and optimization in the scope of the services provided by YouTube, as well as for personalization and advertising.

Remember that playing the recordings available on YouTube you use services provided electronically by Google LLC. Google LLC is an independent, autonomous entity providing services via electronic way to your benefit. Yes, I use Facebook Ads and Google Ads allowing me to direct adverts to specific target groups defined based on various criteria, such as: age, sex, interests, profession, work, activities previously undertaken on our website. Using my website is connected with sending requests to the sever which stores the website. Each request directed to the server is recorded on server logs.

Such logs include, among others, your IP address, server date and time, information on the Internet browser and operating system you use. Logs are recorded and stored on the server.
Data recorded on server logs is associated with specific persons who use the site and is not used for the purpose of your identification.

Server lots constitute solely an auxiliary resource allowing the administrator to manage the site and their content is not disclosed to anyone apart from the persons authorized to administer the server.
