Operating parameters set from HMI12″ panel level, operating parameters maintained by PLC controller.
The device had three independent systems: process medium heating, beer heating, maintaining constant pasteurization parameters.
The systems operated based on PID regulators, on the basis of information from pressure, temperature and flow sensors.
Components in the scope of pneumatic actuators, electric engines supplied from frequency inverters, heating system.
The system functionality included: pasteurization process presentation and the system status in graphic form (synoptic panel, generation of graphs), data archiving on SD card, automatic and manual operation mode, management of emergency events, RS485 communication,
