CONTROL AND SUPPLY CABINET FOR GRAIN STORAGE FACILITY

PROJECT SCOPE:

• Automation design for the control of grain storage equipment operation.
• Performance of PLC and HMI program (EATON controller – programming in CODESYS),
• Control cabinet prefabrication,
• Installation and start-up at the end user’s.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

In the scope of the task we performed a complete control system for grain drying plant operation. The task included design, program and prefabrication of the cabinet and its start-up. The functionality included, among others, realization of grain temperature monitoring and grain control, operational sets for easy performance of the most frequent operations, monitoring of grain level in silos.
