CONTROL CABINET FOR CIP [CLEAN IN PLACE] STATION

PROJECT SCOPE:

• Realization o a design of control cabinet for CIP washing station.
• Prefabrication of control cabinet, for the prepared project,
• Development of PLC + HMI software,
• Connection on installation site and coupling of the control system with the customer’s dosing system,

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

The project scope included engineering of a control and supply system for CIP station used in beverage manufacturing facility.

The control system included engineering of the following circuits:

• Power supply and control for heaters’ operation ( 5 sections 24k each),
• Power supply and control for electrovalves and pumps’ operation,
• Process control for weighing acid and alkali solutions based on electric conductivity meters,
• Process control for cleaning of a dosing line according to a selected recipe – washing times, washing program sequence, correct flushing control.
• Communication with a dosing line controller.
