Device control system – production line of sandwich panels.

For the manufacturer of a device for manufacturing sandwich panels of a new type a dedicated control system was designed. The works included: design, prefabrication of control cabinets, PLC software, start-up, tests and adjustment of automation in subsequent iterations to the developed technology, connection on the machine and acceptances with the end user. Line control also included such systems as glue pre-heating, glue dosing and circulation, press, valves with glue nozzles, gate manipulator, loading and unloading stations, safety systems with curtains and fences.
