Complex automation project for a production line of plant dry matter manufacturer.

The task included integration of several devices in the whole production process from a fanner, through conveyors and raw material feeders, strainers, raw material stacking, drying plants, heat recovery system, blowing and extraction systems,gas heating systems and heat pump based systems, dried plant mater collection, portion dosing devices and other auxiliary sub-systems.

The whole centrally controlled from a controlled room with distributed system of HMI panels, located in several facility points.

Part of the devices performed algorithms with application of various types of PID regulators. The system was equipped in a series of sensors for measurement of atmospheric conditions in the chamber and for control of the drying plant operation.

In the scope of automation, we prepared an electric design, prefabrication of a set of control and supply cabinets, program, connection of the cabinets and instrumentation on the equipment, setting parameters of the process line and its final start-up.
