CONTROL AND SUPPLY CABINET FOR LABORATORY SYSTEM

PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The control cabinet was designed and engineered for large volume drying plant dedicated to measurements of energy efficiency of drying processes with heat pump application. The control system’s task is to control the pump operation, ventilation central unit and drying plant chamber. In order to provide measurement and control accuracy, a complete device is equipped with a number of transducers: temperature, pressure, differential pressure, air flow meters and process media. Also operating parameters of individual drives installed on the system are recorded. The controller performs appropriate calculations and, using SCADA, it archives all device operating parameters.
