Control system / automation for hardening furnace
Control system and electric supply cabinet with start-up service were performed for a manufacturer of furnaces and drying plants. Furnaces are used in advanced technologies of heat and heat-chemical processing.
Control system basically manages the operation of:
- Three-phase heaters connected into a triangle with operating voltage 400 VAC and power 100 kW with heating power adjustment.
- Hot air mixing system fan with output adjustment.
- Two cooling fans with output adjustment.
- Two duct damper with adjusted opening degree and feedback information about limit position.
- Controller and HMI SIMENS panel.
- LENZE inverters.
- Cabinet air-conditioner.
- 4 thermocouples.
- Analyzer of network parameters.
- Remote access.
