Re-writing of the control software and designing new safety system for thermal afterburner of volatile compounds in a paint shop.
A customer from automotive sector. Knowledge of principles of operation of regenerators, gas burners and thermal processes allowed us to undertake such difficult task as was complete modernization of afterburner system for volatile compounds after paint shop.
Such projects, due to short facility shutdowns and the necessity to adapt to new technology without possibility of prior consultancy with a manufacturer are extremely demanding.
The reason why we obtained the order was the user’s uncertainty in the scope of operational stability of safety system and insufficient service responses of the plant supplier.
After the system had been prepared, Kordecki Automation conducted trainings in operation of a new control panel and took over a complete guarantee service 24/7 days a week, and it issued a new CE.
The works included:
- replacement of HIMA controller, Berghoff controller integrated with HMI panel, distributed I/O modules with cooperating components for other components;
